Telling you about Change by Choice isn't the easiest task I set for myself. This is the third attempt to put into word what Change by Choice is about. You see, Change by Choice isn't about the norm business is concerned about when they write a web page. There is more emotion behind what we are about then words will allow me to write. This could be due to my ability to write, a limitation in the English language, or even just concern those reading what we are about not getting the emotion behind the written word.

Change by Choice is something different. Life has been both good and hard for me; over-all, even the hard times have been good. We are about responsible business, dedication to our clients and their customers. Using the dedication to our clients and the income we make from providing them services and returning that back to the communities in which we live. This isn't about returning money to organizations that help with the disadvantaged immediate needs, we are returning to life what life has given us. To our communities we will return training to those who cannot afford traditional education to help them improve the quality of life.

Change by Choice believes business has been about the money for far too long and it is time for business to once again become about the people. Not just the people working for them, but to be responsible in the communities in which they call home. To help those who need help with a kind of help that can be long term and assist in improving the quality of life.

It is through partnerships with out clients and our dedication to our clients we can give back the good in life to those not otherwise able to get this kind of help. Change by Choice is about both the business and training. Both are heartfelt and need to work hand in hand. Clients will have the opportunity to have Change by Choice do work for them, our clients are then giving to a non-profit organization and get quality work on their projects, a tax deduction and someone in the community who cannot afford training is going to get that much needed training.

I hope this gives the feelings I am experiencing right now. As I have said, this is a hard concept to put into words. If there is one phrase to sum things up and befitting to both service and training that would have to be; With Change by Choice "Money is a by product of People", not the other way around. Together we can incite change and that change will be felt by both business and people.
